This steamed pork and vegetable dish, featuring marinated pork shoulder and a medley of fresh vegetables, is both light and flavorful, making it an ideal addition to your table. Ingredients:

• 100g bean sprouts
• 50g watercress
• 2 baby bok choy
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of black pepper
For the Sauce:
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 green chili, finely chopped
• 1 green onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp sesame seeds
• 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Vegetables:
• Wash the bean sprouts, watercress, and baby bok choy thoroughly. Cut the baby bok choy and watercress into bite-sized pieces.
2. Season the Vegetables:
• In a large bowl, lightly season the vegetables with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
3. Layer the Ingredients:
• In a steamer or a deep pot with a steaming rack, layer the seasoned vegetables at the bottom. Top with CJ Prime Marinated Pork Shoulder Bulgogi.
4. Steam the Dish:
• Cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for about 12–15 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
