• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
• ½ red onion, sliced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes
For the Marinade:
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• ½ teaspoon ground cumin
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
• Rinse the CJ Prime chicken leg meat or breast under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
• If using chicken breast, cut it into thick strips or cubes. If using chicken leg meat, keep it whole or cut into large pieces.
2. Marinate the Chicken:
• In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
• Add the chicken to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
• Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor).

• Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
